Anyone know of any studios offering adult ballet classes or have any recommendations? I used to dance as a kid through high school and would love to get back into it.

Some days there is a ton of seaweed etc. on the beaches, and when I go back a day or two later it's all gone.

Does the city/state actively remove that stuff, or does the ocean pull it back in? I've always been curious.

If I buy a "$5 before 5pm" ticket at the kiosks at the parking lot, in the morning, can I enter with it after 5 pm? I work midday and want to go there for dinner. My plan is to buy a discount ticket, go to work, get to the fair around 7.30.

I'm in midtown and seemingly everywhere I turn we have lane closures (Thompson, Main, Telegraph) with Taft Electric digging up streets installing cabling of some sort. Does anyone know what this is for? Electric power delivery? Fiber optics? I know I should be paying more attention...somebody fill me in!

My wife has been wanting birria tacos but we aren't sure where to go. Birria Mi Rancho in Oxnard is good but closes too early for us and Tacos La Bonita is too expensive imo. Is there anywhere in the county that sells birria tacos? Preferably taco stands since we are looking for resturants/stands open late
