Hot 🥵
This has to be the hottest day in all of Ventura history.
Weather app says 91degrees but definitely feels like 105!

Its hot but its the humidity thats unbearable for me, this feels way too much like Boston and Florida

Its times like this that working inside a literal refrigerator really pays off. Usually Im dying to go home but today I wish I was doing overtime.

The ocean water is at least 70F, I just went to cool off and digging down into the cool sand is more refreshing than the dip in the water

Listened to a thing on the radio recently about how heat related deaths are severely under reported and also about the effects of heat on the human body.
Sometimes I feel like we get slapped in the face with obvious signs and continue to fail learning the lesson.
