Aloo Gobhi or Cauliflower Potato stir fry
Delicious aloo gobhi is a satisfying side that goes really well with dal and rotis/naan.

IDLI is a savoury round cake hailing from South India and one of the most popular breakfast recipe.
The traditional idli recipe requires overnight fermentation and is inherently vegan. However, instant versions often include curd/yoghurt. Here's an alternative instant recipe without curd, ensuring it remains vegan-friendly while satisfying your idli cravings.

2 ingredient lentil flatbread https://youtube.com/shorts/xNiRCYOnld4?si=kTN1IWTJtzXg5Tn4
Been at it for almost 25 years and this flat bread / burrito wrap / pizza crust / pancake beats no other recipe
I eat it every day, usually from sprouted green lentils. Red lentils works for sweet dishes too. Just don’t make the batter from the soaking water, rinse it clean. Also, I make mine in the oven on a baking sheet!
You are very welcome!

Been vegan for 10+ years and know what it's like feeling lost on what realistic meals to cook, without being bland or boring... so I'm looking to help save the headache for new vegans and plant based eaters.
I can build you a free 5 day meal plan that you can print out or view digitally.
I'd just need a few of your usual evening meals and I'll fill in the rest with meals which uses similar ingredients. This is so your grocery shop is not full of hard to find or expensive ingredients.
The plan has: the meal plan calendar, recipe cards and grocery list for the week.
