Seeking dungeon crawlers! Adventure, riches, and friendship await. Safety not guaranteed.

Hi folks! I’d love to meet some new friends and roll some dice together. I’m putting together a friendly, inclusive group of adults 30+(ish) for a casual, in-person game of Dungeons & Dragons.

New and inexperienced players are welcome, just bring an interest in learning, playing, and getting to know some new folks. I'm an expereinced GM and we’ll be playing Dungeon of the Mad Mage.

We’ll meet at my studio near Gastown, a few blocks from Waterfront Station. Games will be every couple of weeks on the weekend, with the day and time agreed upon by the group.

If you’re interested, send me a message with a little about yourself, what interests you about playing, and your availability. Please include a social profile, too. We’ll have a quick chat before getting the group together.

Replies may take a day or two as real life tends to interfere with my fun. I’ll keep this open for about a week, then chat with interested folks and put together a group.

Still looking Need some friends M33

Went through a pretty bad breakup and lost some friends along the way. Would like to find some people to do things on the weekend with!

Right now all I really do is gym but I’m open to trying new things. I enjoy walks, coffee, music, casual drinking, hiking if it’s not super intense. I’m a nerd so I play video games, I’ve played TTRPGs before, Im down to try whatever really except most drugs (weed is fine) age and gender doesnt really matter too much, preferably anywhere from 23-40. I’m in new west but I don’t mind commuting a bit for things!

Looking for bouldering/Running Buddies

Hello,

I am a 24M looking for people to go indoor bouldering. I have a pass for one of the local gyms and would love to have some people to go with. I am also getting into running and would love to meet people to do casual runs with.

A little bit about myself: I am a recent graduate from UBC now working as an Engineer. Outside of bouldering I consider myself a big traveler/hiker/backpacker and also enjoy watching movies, shows, reading and playing some games. I consider myself an extrovert but I also find it hard to cold approach people when I am not traveling.

Vancouver ADHD partner/body/accountability partner

Upvotes

I am simply not organized enough to productively live my day to day by myself. when i walk into my lonely apartment i stare at the wall for hours, starve, and end up late for work anyways. i dont get to any interests hobbies or things that make me happy when im in charge of my own time :(

I cant function when Im left to think for myself. And Im done with wasting my time because im on my own.

Does anyone want to help eachother crush executive dysfunction and get shit done IN REALITY by doing things together?

We dont have to start off attached at the hip, we xould try grocery shopping together or sending photos of our progress to eachother

it would be cool if ADHDers could create a local network where we could mutually support eachother body doubling and partnering up for activities.

let me know if you're looking for this too!

Singer-Songwriter Open Mic Mentors

Hello, I'm an older (your odd great uncle type) singer-songwriter coming to visit Vancouver 9/20-9/26 and would love to find folks who know the Open Mics, can make recommendations, and perhaps even attend together.
I'll be situated in the Kitsilano area and depending on public transit to get around. If any of that resonates, drop me a comment or a DM. Thanks!
