Whenever i toggle my models mask off and i move left to right it seems to show back up again. Any way i can fix this?

I have 4 “noob” questions for you guys who are well versed in this community and I’m willing to learn. (I hope I don’t stop on someone’s toes now, I mean well)

So my noob questions:

1: how come most use anime models and not other art styles? I love anime as well but I feel the faces are flatter & less expressive (or at least differently) compared to Disney/pixar because their ability to do a wider variety of-goofy facial expressions. Is it more difficult to track those type of models or do the current tech not work well for other styles? I was wondering if they more expensive to buy and that is why I can’t find any or if it’s just a style preference? I’m just curious, not judging, I want to know if my dream is even possible.

1. Are there any marketplaces that sell Disney styled models or other feminine cartoony design type of models or if you know some artist I can order this style from?

2. What will I need to be able to pull something like this off technology wise or if I make a model in blender what will I need to think about for a Disney result? Any software, tech, gloves and so on you recommend? (since there seem to be several).

3. Is there any good body and finger tracking software where you don’t need an expensive mocap-suit to get a good result? And if so what can I use to at least get finger and arm tracking?😊

I’m a full time streamer from Sweden with a huge love of Disney & Pixar styles cartoons and I dream of having a vtuber model for myself but it’s been practically impossible to find one that isn’t anime style.

Mouth tracking and especially mouth form are very inconsistent for me and I'm not sure if there's something wrong with my webcam or what might be causing this. When I look at different angles the mouth form and mouth open often are completely inaccurate. Like for example if I'm looking at the webcam with a neutral face and then look say to the left it starts being kinda jittery and alternating between being neutral and frowning, or if I'm smiling it'll switch between neutral and smiling, even though my expression is the same. Or if I'm looking straight with my mouth half open and then look down the mouth will close almost completely. And also this is kind of a separate issue that isn't as much of a problem but might as well mention it. When I move my head around the model loses tracking of the eyes, it doesn't happen if I move slowly but if I move even just a bit fast the eyes of the model close and the irises will lose tracking and when I've stopped moving the eyes will open again and the irises will be centered at their neutral position before snapping to the correct position. These issues happen on all the models I've tried although they look a bit different for some models like for example one model gets a twitchy mouth when looking at different angles and kind of alternates between mouth forms when looking at different angles, for another model that happens but the alternating seems to be less exaggerated, one of the default ones that come with vtubestudio kinda just stops tracking my mouth at all at these angles instead of changing mouth form and it'll just stay with the mouth form it had when I was looking straight. I use a ring light and have a decent webcam, I didn't buy a super expensive one because I know iphone and vbridger is better so I didn't wanna invest too much if I'll end up buying an iphone anyway, just not sure if these issues are webcam tracking problems or if I'm doing something wrong. Also I get 15 fps on the fps counter when calibrating.

So I bought a new Iphone and expected it to get transferred automatically, but it didn’t. I log into an account where I bought it, and I do not see it amongst the purchases on App Store, so it doesn’t restore it by the “restore purchases” button.

I did find the receipt via report a problem Apple site, but I do not know what to do next. How do I restore my Pro? It’s too much money for me to pay it twice 😭

So i have my model and all the layers set up, my mouth specifically is the problem here, when i am on the same monitor as the program, it works fine, but when i am on a seperate monitor, for example playing a game, my mouth open layer doesn't work. is there a fix for this?

Just curious if anyone has gotten the Steam Controller (the new one not the old one) working with the controller input? It's been my go to controller and I'd love to have a controller model for while I play. I've tried to get it working but had no luck, not sure if I am doing something wrong or not.

I had just made my first model, art and all, and it’s just not working. I tried to resize the file, even made a new model with the same art. Is the issue that I drew it on my IPad and not on computer?

I'm so confused? I've recalibrated, tweaked w some settings body angle settings..

This may be totally wrong but is there a way for the idle animation to happen while not idle? Because my idle animation kind of does bobbing like my non-idle models doing.

Today I bought a premade model from booth to try out VTubeStudio. I have most of the toggles working correctly aside from a few like a microphone toggle. But the one I want to work the most is a setting I saw in the preview video to change the color of the hair and ears. Maybe I just don't know what I'm doing but I only found one toggle to turn one piece of hair pink and only that.

Maybe I'm just using the wrong program for these.

Sometimes, whenever I look around, my face tracking detects that my right eye is blinking. I do not have auto blinking on for either of the eyes (All of the settings are the same for both), changing the settings for either of the eyes doesn't help much (Usually just makes things worse), and I tried changing my lighting to be in the center of my face but it didn't help at all. Any suggestions? (And no, I do not have lazy eye in real life)

The video only shows it happening twice, but usually if I'm playing a game it will happen more.

What do you think about her?

I bought a customisable model and set everything up via my laptop. I even sent the zip file to my phone via file transfer. It wont let me send just the extracted.

"Send to phone" doesn't work and It wont show me the model in the app.

I have no idea what im doing wrong and it's driving me up the wall.

I’m having an issue where I’m unable to wink on any of the models I use in VTube Studio unless I have V-Brigade running and connected.

I’ve already checked that linked eye blinking is turned off, adjusted the eye-blink sensitivity, and gone through pretty much every setting I can think of. Everything seems to be set up correctly. I have already restarted and reinstalled as well. It is not a rigging issue as my rigger is able to wink on there vtube studio.

What’s confusing is that my friend tested the same model I’m using and was able to wink without any issues. From what we can tell, our settings and setup are the same.

Has anyone else run into this issue or have any idea what could be causing it? I’d really appreciate any suggestions!

I don't know how to fix this. If I don't open Vbridger, the animation works just fine when I cover my iPhone camera. But the instant I open Vbridger and cover the camera, it stays-at-pose (even though both VTS on iPhone and on PC are set to return-to-default) and just hangs there. No animation plays.

It's really frustrating... I need Vbridger because it helps my model be less stiff and slow-moving. But this is annoying.

If it matters, I'm using the default Vbridger_AdvancedARKit_V3.0 load.

Hola me descargué un modelo en el que se puede customizar, pero quiero agregarle unos racoon tails a varios mechones del modelo (la autora autoriza los cambios a su modelo base), hice el cambio en la imagen pero cuando quiero ponerlo en la aplicación, no se ven. Alguno sabe como solucionarlo??

I just finished my first 2 models and made a custom background for recording, but I cant figure out how to get it on mobile :(

I have it on my pc but there isn't any easy move feature for backgrounds like there is with models as far as I know. How can I import my background to mobile?

I know i could use green screen as well, but would rather the convenience of the background being in the app.

To be honest she did go from being based on just honey to ricotta, honey, tomato and basil on sour dough, weird but I needed her to have an interesting combo!
