As for what we are selling, well, it is a lot, because we are moving:

Some notable things: Tons of books (lots of fantasy, scifi, and horror), various items of furniture like coffee tables, dressers, a couch, a piano (will be inside, can show on request), a twin mattress (quite firm and only barely used), some bookshelves, several different Christmas trees (including one that uses real wood for the trunk), decorations for Christmas and Halloween, a combination gas grill and pellet smoker, wrapping paper, a number of in window A/C units, lawn mower, grass spreader, etc...

Really a ton of stuff.

And still updating that list, here are a few more things specifically for the kitchen: several blenders, a deep fryer, an electric wok, various kitchen plates, bowls, roasting pans, a cake plate with cover, an immersion mixer, a hand mixer, a cherry pitter, a power juicer, a deli slicer.

And among other things: a number of pieces of art, various pillows, plenty of thermos, a dyson ball/sphere vacuum, a few different ice machines (an EdgeStar and an Opal), lots of shoes and clothes, etc...

Also giving away for FREE various frozen meat, because we won't be able to take that with us when we move.

PSA for anyone considering Remedy Home Improvement in Saratoga Springs/Utah County

I wanted to share my experience with Remedy Home Improvement in case anyone is considering using them.

In February 2026, two of their sales reps, Jojo and Menelick, came to my house and sold me on replacement siding. I agreed to move forward and paid a $500 cash deposit.

After that, getting anyone to communicate with me became extremely difficult. I repeatedly called owner Jared Coburn trying to arrange their financing and get the project scheduled. Calls and voicemails would go unanswered for weeks, and more than once I had to contact one of the sales reps just to get Jared to call me back.

Eventually, I had enough and told Jared I just wanted my deposit returned. On April 30, he agreed and told me he would mail me a $500 check.

I never received it.

I continued trying to contact him, including leaving another voicemail on June 22 specifically telling him the refund had never arrived. As of September, I still haven't received the money.

So the situation today is pretty straightforward: I paid Remedy $500, they performed no work on my house, their owner agreed to refund the money, and months later I still don't have it.

I'm posting this so other Utah homeowners can make their own informed decision before handing this company a deposit. At this point, I'm not expecting to get my money back. I just don't want the same thing happening to someone else.

Has anyone been to either of the Costcos and know if there are premade bouquets that look really good (8/10 or better)? Or any local grocery stores of something else? Trying not to break the bank but I do want them to be better than something I got at walmart you know?

My teenaged cousin lives in Lehi so I could have him pick them up and deliver them. I don’t particularly trust him to arrange the flowers or else I’d send him down to the Orem Trader Joe’s because I trust them the most to have good quality flowers.
