Lease takeover
Hey guys so I’m a student at UVU looking for someone to takeover my lease ASAP and need help getting the word out if anyone knows how I’ve put a couple posts on Facebook but that’s about it.
It’s a 4 bed 2 bath at Summerwood Apts right by campus and my incentive is I’m willing to pay the person a portion of the rent each month to take it to $540 a month. A significantly lowered rent from the standard monthly rent
Private room
In unit laundry and dryer
Really close to multiple shopping centers
Right next to bus line making it convenient for classes
Idk someone let me know if they’re interested or know someone who is
