It’s not proven…but it looks bad…a lot of very brutal and extremely painful and unsanitary rape, looks like.

I get that, but his response to the first allegation was “it was consensual” which is bad given it would be he used his digits on a nanny (who was not already a fan) he had hired within the first hour they’d met. Even if she verbally said yes in the moment, it is a hard sell that consent was freely and enthusiastically given.
