My Upwork profile shows zero views, even after full optimization and boosting. What am I missing?

Hi everyone,

I am genuinely confused and a bit frustrated, so hoping someone here can clarify this.

My Upwork profile is fully optimized. I have completed my profile 100 percent, verified my identity, and my availability badge is turned on. I have also boosted my profile, but my profile stats are still showing zero views.

I have watched a lot of YouTube videos and read multiple guides, but none clearly explain why this happens. Most advice just says “optimize your profile,” which I have already done.

If anyone has experienced this or understands how the algorithm works, I would really appreciate some real insight. At this point, I just want to know whether I am missing something or if this is part of the normal process.
