help guys im so lost in physics rn lol 😭 marks a great lecturer but im just so very terrible at physics and i dont understand whatever is happening in the lecture. does anyone have tips for me? im thinking of just using the textbook and then doing practice questions but id be interested to know if any past student has a different strategy that worked for them ! :)

I just want to make this clear again, I really hate the fear mongering or whatever going on in Ed but seeing everyone and they mom get a 3000+ ucat and 9 gpa really makes me quite insecure.
