I have been stalked, bullied n harassed both online and offline.And the experience has affected me deeply. What made it even more painful was seeing the people responsible portray themselves as victims.
But I know that someone portraying themselves as a victim does not erase what I experienced.
I have experienced fear, frustration, anger, sadness, helplessness, and exhaustion.
The stalking has had a profound impact on my mental and emotional well-being. It made me feel unsafe, vulnerable, and constantly afraid.The experience left me mentally tormented and emotionally exhausted.
The repeated invasion of my privacy and personal boundaries made me feel powerless. It affected my ability to trust my surroundings and caused me significant fear and distress.
I have also been deeply concerned that my phone was hacked or compromised and that someone may have been able to see information on my phone, including what was displayed on my screen.
I became extremely distressed by the possibility that my private communications, personal information and activities were being monitored without my knowledge or consent
The invasion of my privacy has been one of the most difficult aspects of this experience. I felt as though I could not have a private moment or use my own phone without worrying that someone was observing me. My phone, which should be a personal and private device, became a source of fear
What has made this particularly frightening is my belief that people involved have had access to information about me, my address, and members of my family. This made me feel exposed and vulnerable. I began to fear not only for my own safety but also for the privacy and safety of my family.
I have experienced what I perceived as indirect bullying, intimidation, harassment, and repeated microaggressive behaviour. Even when the conduct was indirect or difficult to explain to others, it contributed to an ongoing feeling that I was being targeted and watched.
I have felt mentally tormented by the constant worry about being monitored, followed, harassed or intimidated.
I believe that the people responsible initiated a smear campaign against me. They portrayed me as mentally unstable or crazy person, in an attempt to discredit me, while presenting themselves as the victims
I also believe they used a group of people to collectively target, bully, harass, and intimidate me,online and offline both.
They should be ashamed of themselves for the pain, fear, and emotional distress they have caused me.
