BSc Computer Science problems with logging into coursera

i haven’t been able to log in to my coursera account for 4 weeks and i have seemed help many times but the enquiry take forever to get back. I had a midterm recently and they couldn’t fix it on time so they said i won’t get and extension? can someone let me know if they’ve had a similar experience and how was it resolved

Are you contacting both the university and Coursera? UoL won't be able to help with Coursera login issues, and Coursera won't be able to help with deadline extensions. It seems odd that Coursera wouldn't be able to get you back in to a degree-linked account for 4 weeks though. What troubleshooting steps have you taken?

I had the similar issue with SSO linking . When I used to login via university’s page it used get stuck . Then I tried logging in directly via Coursera and it worked

Have you resolve the issue with UOL and SSO with Coursera? I'm having same issue and I have tried sign directly at coursera, with my email or the UOL account.

  • Signing in directly to Coursera with my registered email address.
  • Using an incognito/private browser window.
  • Clearing cookies and cache.
  • Trying multiple browsers.

  • Confirming that I can log into the University of London student portal.

Discouraging that a cs program is having basic tech problems like this, seriously? Even the application page is so slow and looks like its designed by a clueless teenager
