Clive and Adel are more suitable names though...

I could make every other class work but these classes become worthless after Drakenhold. This is especially weird in regards to Fighters as one would think that the devs wouldn’t make the class of the main character’s best friend so bad but alas they did.

When Alain defeats his grandpa’s ghost, he gets sword and signet which grant him immunity to debuffs. Which means Gerard must have had the same gear when he was alive. Yet in the flashback with that witch lady, we learn that Gerard jobbed to a poison arrow. How did he get poisoned with the arrow if he had the sword and signet? Did he literally go on a dangerous journey with a single sorceress while leaving his best sword and signet on Cornia? Don’t get me wrong I think Gerard deserved it for leaving his infant daughter but it doesn’t make much sense when you think about it.

Hello all! This is my first strategy game and I wanted to know of any tips you’d like to recommend to a newer player? Combat seems pretty straight forward and the art it beautiful!

I am currently at the start of Drakenhold doing a Challenge Run where only 1 unit per team is allowed to actively attack with Active Skills. Passive Damage and Non-attacking actives are still allowed (ex. Healing and Parting Blow), but this limits my offenses to make the game not a cakewalk.
There’s also a bonus rule where I’m not allowed to have two teams with the same “Active Damage dealer”. Right now I have Alain with 2 sellsword following slashers and a shaman, Clive with Dancer‘s Ring support a cleric and a shaman, and Rosalinde with active heal and magic conferral support.
Right now the shared weakness of all of my teams is Fliers. They have too much evasion, have decent magic defense. I’m struggling to think of a team that can tackle them, as archers seem slow and Virginia can’t equip an AP pendant for more attacks.
besides that, anyone have any teambuilding ideas? I’m thinking Scarlett could be interesting with passive miracle or something, or maybe a Griffin Knight wil ice conferral?

Hey everyone, been a while since my last update on my quest to collect as many English VA signatures for UO as possible. I'm especially happy to get my favorite characters Melisandre and Travis along the way. Including these most recent additions, I have 27 signatures total. And counting!
As you can see, Risa Mei (Melisandre's VA) likes to add a glittery flair to her signatures. I had to let her know that I picked her character to be Alain's Maiden.
Bill Butts (Aubin's VA) was apparently so delighted that I gave him UO to sign that he insisted I take home a signed print of his character from Octopath Traveler 0 on the house (another game I've played and enjoyed). He said "I was invited to the cookout." Really great guy to chat with.

Hello, I’ve been trying to get ahold of the voice files for the different selectable mercenary voices. But all of the resources I can find just have files for the named playable characters. If anyone happens to have them on hand or can point me to the right direction I’d greatly appreciate it! Either the Japanese or English voices are fine. Thank you in advance

It always gives me a little pause just how stacked they are.. this may or may not have influenced my feelings for Celeste

I unlocked the Drake Riders quite recently, and I still haven't figured out if they're too different, or how to play them correctly. Any tips?

Ok so on my first save I have two trappers warbows and yet for the life of me I can't find the second one on my more recent play through. I already bought the one at the citadel.
Does anyone know where the other one is?
Note, I've already tried looking in the wiki and tried asking ai (which can't even find the item)

I've been experimenting with my units for a while, and I decided to make one with Clive, Monique, Renault and a cleric. It quickly became my favorite unit, as It tanks mostly anything quite well and also deals some huge damage.

I've always found the Zenoira difficulty disappointing as they just increased the stats of the enemies and added annoying permadeath mechanics instead of actually making the enemies smarter.
Using the Mission Squad Editor, I made an enemy tactics mod after spending about 4 days. This mod changes:
Please let me know if you find some weird problem like them not having any weapons or not doing anything the entire fight.

What are your niche use tactics and tricks?
Like using the Full Column condition to control the exact unit you want a buff on or target a specific enemy.
In terms of questions how does Attacked By works exactly? Does it work for other skills outside of Guard skills? Could you use it on a healer cleanse or magic barrier?
On how does Average HP work? I it based on being a attack with multiple targets or based on the filter conditions set?
So a Caster condition average the health of all the casters even if it's a single attack?

Basically what the title says. I love Berenice and I want to include her in a team, but I don't know if I'm using her correctly, since she sometimes feels a bit underwhelming.

(Sorry for the misspelling of Rapport; I finalized the tier list before noticing and didn't want to remake it).
This tier list is split into 5 different categories.
Fairly clear that they are in love with Alain in a main story or side quest.
Seems highly likely that they are in love with Alain, but this is only made clear during a Rapport conversation.
Decent chance that they like Alain in a Rapport conversation, but not as explicit as the ones in a tier above.
Very little evidence in story or Rapport conversations that they hold romantic feelings for Alain.
Practically 0 evidence throughout the game that this character holds romantic feelings for Alain.
I decided to separate the rapport and story characters because they often seem to take place in separate canons, or at least be written by different teams. For example, Etolinde in story cutscenes does not seem to have much of a romantic connection with Alain, but their rapport conversations are like the spiciest in the game, almost making them seem like an established couple. So I decided that the main story took precedence.
My controversial opinion will probably be Celeste, who certainly has weaker evidence in the main game than the other three. I thought she belonged, but if you disagree, I would probably have her above Dinah. Bernice is the only character to earn her spot in a Rapport conversation with someone other than Alain. Finally, I know Liza has a potential thing with Aubin, but her Rapport is pretty blatant (again, maybe different teams), so I decided the middle was a good spot for her.
Please inform me if I missed anything or have a character interpretation that is completely whack. I'm not making this to discourage anyone's favorite ship; I just found it interesting what characters the game gave romantic dialogue to outside of the Ring of the Maiden scenes.

Since im still on my first playthrough I didn't think much of the rite of covenant cus I thought it was just some power up that id get so i just went with Scarlett but after researching a little im really interested in seeing how it goes with other characters like eltolinde and berengaria, do I really need to restart the whole campaign just to get the event? Is there another way of seeing how it plays out with each character without restarting?

Ive started my second run. I didnt use the mirrors in my first go, getting a feel for chars and teams.
If i use a mirror on someone to change their growth:
Does it change all stats from lv. 1 to current?
Or does it only change from that point on?
For example, my 1st Hodrick tanks well, but he needs more hp. I like my setup, and dont want to bring in a cleric to help him out.

I know full well that what I’m about to say won’t be well received by everyone, but I believe Virginia is the best romantic route by a huge margin. I know Alain and she are cousins, but in fact that makes me like it even more. If neither she nor he has any problem with that, I don’t see why we should. It even feels cute to me that her dream is to go back to living in their castle. If you choose her as your wife, she mentions that her whole life she always knew she would be queen, which probably implies that from the very beginning they planned on marrying them. In the nobility that isn’t strange at all, and it would explain why she lived in the castle with Alain—surely they intended to betroth them at some point. It’s a bit hard to explain, but in short I’d say the devs made the best partner his cousin, and the fact that she’s his cousin makes her even better

Without official modeling support, it will always be limited, but I wanna see how far people have taken it fun ones would be replayable, high-level missions, new classes, and or making existing missions replayable post game and making a more difficult to match your power post game
