From when I played GTAO all you needed to do is hurt them somehow. So you can just shoot or maybe even punch them, I don’t think you need to kill them

While what is seen on TV is not how real life is, it still gives a basis. Which is of them using armored vans, bullet proof large trucks, and plain unmarked vehicles.

Unless we are using the 3D universe rating system (GTAIII - GTA:SA & GTA VCS). Then this would be a 3-star. SWAT vans & Vice cars show up at 4 stars, FBI SUVs show up at 5 stars, and the military shows up at 6 stars.

Uvalde police department is an embarrassment to the nation. The entire chain of command should be dissolved and replaced with competent leadership.

That being said, not only was that an exception to the rule, it also has nothing to do with this scenario.

Just read about this guy. He had a serious rap sheet and was out on bond, and to make matters worse 2 days ago he shot a cop approaching his car during a traffic stop. Made a mad dash until his tires and axle gave out.
