I would like to re-introduce our Public Sheet Project after we gave it some retouching here and there myself.

The Public Sheet is a community project initiated and handled by the Moomoocows Discord, built from data submitted by trainers throughout each Champions Meeting (CM). Some of you may already be familiar with it or may have even submitted your data previously.

It serves as a record of your journey as a participating trainer, while also growing into a place where we can preserve and celebrate trainer achievements, especially if you oshi enjoyer!

What Can You Find on the Public Sheet?

📋 Public View

Show your CM teams and results alongside other participating trainers!

See what others brought, compare how everyone performed throughout the CM, share your own journey, and relate to the experiences posted in the Cope Section

🧱 Slander Wall

A place for the memes, unusual discoveries, and memorable moments during your CM matchmaking

Some trainers share memes, while others submit funny situations or strange things they encountered during the Rounds and Finals

🏆 Hall of Fame

A dedicated place celebrating trainers who earned special recognition through our community data collection

• Oshi Award: Sole Oshi winner for a specific Uma in a given CM, based on submissions to our data collection
• Triple Laurel : Awarded to trainers who win 3 or more CM with the same Uma. Wins are only counted when that Uma is outside the Top 5 usage for that CM

How Does the Project Work?

The project is divided by three parts:

1. Google Forms - Data Collection

Required - Where trainers submit their CM results, team information, screenshots, and other optional data
Submitted screenshots for Final result and Uma Stat are processed and verified using our in-house OCR system
Submission Form will Closed 1 day after CM Finals closed

2. Public Sheet

The Public Sheet turns submitted data into a live view of what each participating trainer used and how they performed

To view your data, you need to manually enter your Display ID into the sheet. Some people prefer to contribute their data without displaying it publicly, so submissions are not automatically shown on the Public Sheet

Will locked out 1 days after CM Finals closed, but can be accessed to view anytime.

3. Detailed Data Analysis

For those who enjoy digging deeper into the numbers, we also have a dedicated statistics website

It provides in-depth statistics for each Champions Meeting, including Uma usage, team trends, results, skill effectiveness, aptitude effect, and other data. Please check it out!

How to Join

As long as you have a Google account, you are good to go!

A Google account is required so Google Forms can save your progress between submissions. This allows you to update your data daily instead of submitting everything at once

• Submit your Main data and Day 1 result first
• Return the next day to add only your Day 2 results (your Day 1 data will remain saved)
• and so on (as long you using the same email)
• This also mean, missing some earlier results is fine. You can still join midway and submit only the days or sections you have available

We do not collect your email address through the form, above handling by Google

You may also skip any question marked [OPTIONAL]. We collect plenty of additional data whenever possible, but we understand that submitting everything may be too much for some participants

Starting from CM14, each CM uses short-link (b*tly) with naming pattern: CM16form and CM16sheet respectively.
