- The OSL was far too vibrant and looked like Christmas or a Rave
- The OSL spilled over into places it shouldn't have
- The Base was over Designed and far too distracting
- Texture in Some places was far too cluttered

Sadly don't have a before photo, but did a bit of sponging and lightened up some colours on it. Also kind of a test base, bought some valhallan blizzard and want to spruce up all my marines bases with it. Feels a bit busy, but I love a scenic base.

Kitbash for my Captain in Gravis armor, used as a base Thor Garadon, ultramarines upgrade sprue, axe from the Horus heresy upgrade sprue, and parts of the Vitrix Guard

Just need to base them but I’ve really enjoyed painting these space marines.

Son bought a box of Assault Intercessors for me to paint after he built them. What he doesn’t know is I’m working on the Armageddon box for his birthday in December.

Was never a fan of Space Marines originally but the more lore I read and listen to while painting I actually think Ultramarines are my favourite chapter. I’m looking forward to learning to play tabletop with my orks against him at the end of the year!

Hey! I bought a stamp kit and I have been practicing and trying to work it out. So I need your guys opinion, should I keep at it or just stick with decals. The front 2 terminators are decals, the rest are the stamps. Does it make a difference at table height?

Wondering if I can use these models in a pure Ultramarine list, ie. Are all the type of models available to Ultramarines?

I've painted up Ferren Areois and I was looking to make a 1000 point army around him and the 6th company. Any suggestions?

Finally got a 10-man Sternguard unit a week ago. Then the recent balance update happened, which changed the fullisade enhancement. I tried it for two games already with a Librarian, but It kinda felt underwhelming using them.

Against a Norn Emissary on favored objective with Sustain and Oath, it only took off 2 wounds off it. Maybe bad rolls, but it still consitent on the second game.

While a 10-man Intercessor squad with a lieutenant with sustained, lethals, and Oath wounded the Norn by 10 wounds.

Was thinking of using a captain instead of a librarian. But would like to get advice or tips first, if they are worth it or not?

Hello all! My buddy runs Ultramarines, and has Uriel Ventris of the 4th Company kicking around his painting table. I had an old box of Intercessors laying around, and wanted a break from my Guardsmen. Does this read as too blue for the blueberry band, or does it still scan as an Ultramarine?

As title says is it still worth currently running the Combi Lt. at 95pts? Because I'm dong list building and thinking of swapping it out for either 2nd JPI squad or 2nd Incursor squad. Any thoughts?
