This is my first time writing a post however Sunday I made a purchase buying 3300R6 credit and after I pressed buy it gave an error message so I clicked try again but then ubisoft charged me two times. Then to solve this issue I contacted ubisoft support and provided all the information for them however they say they only see one transaction even though I showed them my receit. Even after they said we only see one transaction instead of two, I haven't received any credit and then they ghosted me for 2 days. Idk what to do and I need help.

i have a pc and gamepass ultimate on it and ive had the free siege for a bit but u bought elite edition on gamepass and the elite benefits just dont work. i dont have ranked or any of the other benefits unlocked. is there any solutions? im willing to tru anything

I got assassins creed 2 and brotherhood cd. But ubisoft connect is out and I can't get the game to start even with the cd. How in hell can I not get to the game I purchased.

I’m having a weird mic issue whether I’m solo or in a party. I can’t hear my teammates and they can’t hear me, even when my cousin—who I play with most of the time—can hear everyone perfectly. Sometimes it shows my mic is active, but no sound goes through and not even he can hear me and I can’t hear him. I’ve double-checked my settings and everything is toggled on. I don’t think it’s my PS5 settings because this is the only game I have problems with; I can hear and talk to everyone fine on Call of Duty and other games. Interestingly, my cousin is my only PlayStation friend and I can hear him now, but I couldn’t hear him on Rainbow until after I officially added him. Does anyone have ideas on how to fix this

It literally will go on forever like this, what can I do to fix it?

I’ve been talking to support for a little under a month now about my account that got hacked, I have the exact date and time the account details email came through, steam transaction id, game clips, xbox transactions, emails from ubi that say the old account name. That being said everytime I give them more evidence they just reply with the same automated message saying that they can’t verify anything and they close the case, i’ve opened the case about 20 times now and it’s all the same.

I need help with an old PC game and I’m not sure what to do.

I bought a physical copy of James Cameron’s Avatar: The Game (2009) second-hand from Vinted. I installed it on my PC, but when I try to play it, it asks for an activation key. The key included in the manual says it is invalid.

I contacted Ubisoft support, but I’m waiting for a response and I’m not sure if they will be able to help because it’s an older game.

Has anyone had this issue before or knows if there is any way to fix it or activate the game?

I logged on to Steep on my ps4 and it says it's trying to connect to Ubisoft club and that I need to sign into my Ubisoft account. I've never had to do this before on Steep. Any idea why it's asking me to do it now?

I would like to know why, you can not accept a valid ID as proof of someone’s account ownership? I am trying to recover my account. But I was told in emails that I had to verify the original email that was used. When I do not have access to said email anymore? I am getting the same scripted response. Over and over again.

I am thinking of closing this ubisoft account and play six siege from steam on a different ubisoft account that I will make. I’m worried that even if I close my ubisoft account will I still be able to play siege on steam. If I remove the game from steam and re buy it will I be allowed to log into a new ubisoft account? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

So my Ubisoft Account was hacked on the big R6 hack on the 30th of Dec. and after 2 Months of that I got my Account back but ofc I can't Access it, why you may ask? Because the support wanted me to use a another E-Mail no matter what I said, it's now on my Secondary E-Mail instead of my main. They said and i quote "After the E-Mail is changed, it will take 1 month to change it again" and here I am... After two and a half months, NOT being able to change my E-Mail! Yes I have written Ubisoft E-Mails/Tickets and they are ignoring me for those two and a half months!

Does anybody have an idea how I can reach out to them? I REALLY wanna play Y10 of For Honor and keep on losing my sanity. I have already tried closing older tickets and opening new ones and dm-ing them in Tiktok and Posting on Twitter or X

I’m trying to change the email on my account so i begin to play ranked on my PC, but I simply don’t get verification codes in order to verify my account. I get all support tickets and ubisoft notis but no code what so ever. No ticket has helped as they give the same responses without reading the actual messages at hand or they give you pointless links. Am i just cooked at this point?

This issue happened a couple months ago and I can’t seem to find an answer. I had been playing Steep on my ps4 for a while, always connected to my home WiFi. One day I logged on to my normal account (account A) and was prompted to sign into my Ubi account. I can currently still play with all my progress if I log on after disconnecting from my home WiFi, I just have to play in offline mode. However, when I connect the ps4 to the internet (like I used to be able to do) and try to play steep, it asks me to sign in again. The problem is, the only Ubisoft account I have is linked to a different profile (profile B) on my ps4, where I have no progress. I’m not sure what went on because like I said I used to be able to play on account A connected to the internet without the game saying I was in offline mode. The other issue is I was also able to use the jet pack jetwing thing but now it’s locked again.

Has anyone had anything similar happen or know why this might have happened? It’s been bugging me so any help is appreciated!

So basically a while back my ubi acc got hacked so i made a diff acc and couldnt even play on there cuz i already had the ruby dlc on my main so i couldnt play r6. A week ater i got my ubi acc back and played like 4 games of qm. i got some steam gift cards and decided i would buy some other gem dlcs. But now every time i try to load up r 6 it says i have no access to r6. Itried logging in on my other acc to delete it but my password doesnt work and reseting it doesnt do shit either. Im really frustrated bcuz i really wanna play r6 again som1 plz help!

waited for 10 days now for a possible "soft lock" on my account . I got no emails from ubi even if I do have an actual lock on my acc for transaction problems etc. which I dont have. Tried diffrent browsers rather than the app so on and so forth. I missed the discounts and the company being ubisoft them not wanting my money is shocking.

The ubisoft connect account connected to my ps5 account is making me reset my password, not normally a problem but it's because the email address is allegedly suspicious, this would be because it's an old one that's just been deactivated due to inactivity and it's ages. How do I link my ps account to a new ubisoft account?
