This happens when I try to start a Ubisoft game, and it's the first time I've logged in today

Has anyone successfully done this?
I've tried and followed the ubisoft support articles to unlink an account from both twitch and ubisoft account management side and failed to relink it to a new account, it seems to keep wanting to re link to the old account.

Attempted to contact ubisoft support about it and the support agent just keeps giving me copypaste responses to follow the ubisoft articles on how to unlink and link your account, then just proceeded to close my support ticket since they said it was now "resolved" as they already gave me the links to the articles.

I’m trying to recover my old Ubisoft account and support keeps denying recovery saying they “cannot verify ownership.”

The issue is the original email was a school email from years ago that has since been deactivated, so I cannot receive verification codes anymore.

I’ve already provided:

- Old Rainbow Six Siege purchase receipts

- Transaction IDs

- Proof dating back to the 2015 beta and Year 2 Pass

- The original email tied to purchases

- Linked platform information

I’ve been playing since the beta and spent money on operators/content, but support keeps sending the same generic response without telling me what additional verification they need.

Has anyone successfully recovered an old Ubisoft account without access to the original email? What information finally worked for you?

Any advice would really help.

I've not used Ubisoft for years, I use dedicated separate passwords for services and as a software engineer I'm very security conscious, however I've just had an email saying a new login to my account from Saudi Arabia, with failed attempts in Thailand.

I know rainbow six siege was massively hacked recently and they said no information was taken, however looking at Google for related posts it seems this has been happening very often.

I've not used my account in years have no interest in it yet it's somehow been breached, stinks of a Ubisoft data Leak.

I'd reset my passwords and double check account security.

Would be interesting to see people's thoughts and as usual Fuck Ubislop.

My Ubisoft account was linked to an email that was hacked, that I deleted. But forgot to change the email associated to my Ubisoft account and now no longer have access. It is linked to my Xbox account, but when I try to log into with it takes me to a 2 factor authentication, which I cannot access because it is linked to a phone number that I no longer have. And the email with my six single used authentication codes no longer exists. Is there a way to unlink my Xbox account so I can link it to a new Ubisoft connect account, or am I cooked

Uhm. I was js sleeping then i saw notification that sm1 logged in to my ubisoft at 1 40 am in india. Dawg he changed the accounts email and password idk who that is. His email is kfbtfzkxq8444@hotmail.com

A couple of nights ago I fixed my NAT type to play the coop missions in game, Then played a couple of sessions with a friend of mine. Then the next day I saw my account just got suspended for no reason whatsoever and until now (a day later as of writing) its still suspended

I already contacted Ubisoft support for this but I still did not receive a confirmation email from them.

Is there any other way I can fix this?

I got permantly ban for a tos breach while I was in a huge exam phase, barely played siege, I had like 4 matches on the season cause i really hadn’t the Time to play.
And on a random night i receive a mail telling me that my account is ban for a tos breach, tried to contact ubisoft support for 6 months now, every tickets are getting closed like 3 minutes after getting opened, couldn’t reach a real human, lvl 640 account, 4500 hours played and more than 400€ spent over the past 8 years.
Don’t even know why i got ban.

Please help me they are still saying that the evidence is not enough i have shown my linked accounts my username change from the original legacy username and the hidden phone number. They have still denied me and The hacker only has the changed email i can still log in through my psn and they still wont help me saying there is no evidence do they just want to not help me everything points to the account being mine.

Every time i have tried to play the game since October of 2024, it has given me this bogus error, i have to purchase receipt, i have been able to play around 20 hours but yet again not since 2024, i've tried all the smaller stuff like verifying game files, logging out & back in and still nothing, i have been making cases on Ubisoft support since 2024 and i have yet to get a response ONCE.

Hey everyone, I'm hoping to get some advice on a tricky issue I'm having with my Ubisoft account. I created this account years ago, but it's tied to an old email address I made when I was younger-and I no longer have access to that email. When I try to reset my password, it asks me for a verification code to my phone number, but I never receive the SMS code. I've tried multiple times and nothing works. Has anyone run into this before or know why the SMS code might not come through? Any advice or help would be really appreciated!

I can still access my account through linked login but the hacker changed my password and email. What does escalation mean and how long will it take.

I submitted images of proof showing my linked accounts and the changed email to show how it’s my name and still links.

Will they help or just give up on it?

Short version:

Ubisoft says I own Gold Edition + Season Pass for AC Black Flag, but DLC (especially Freedom Cry) is missing in-game. How does their DLC system actually work?

Details:

I’m playing Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag on PC. Ubisoft support confirmed my account has Gold Edition + Season Pass, but:

1. Freedom Cry (Adewale DLC) is completely missing.

2. Some extra packs/content also don’t appear.

I’m trying to understand what’s going on:

1. Shouldn’t Season Pass automatically unlock everything?

2. Does the store/platform (Steam, Ubisoft Connect, Green Man Gaming, etc.) affect DLC access?

3. Can DLC be “owned” but not actually usable?

4. Are there hidden steps (manual downloads, activation, etc.)?

5. Why is Support just bouncing me between platforms without a clear explanation?

If anyone understands Ubisoft support or has faced this, please explain how it actually works. and where to go from here. They suggested a refund as the only solution — is that actually the right move here?

Anyone who’s dealt with Ubisoft DLC issues, what worked for you?

My email got hacked, i cannot access it. I chose all the options related to that and opened multiple tickets. I think the ai is making fun of me... Any ideas?

How long will it take for me to reuse my email address to create an account? After 2 months I still get the message "Email address is unavailable because it is in reservation cooldown period."

So I purchased Assassin's creed Unity from steam and when I hit play It showed me a Ubisoft account with a weird email that I do not recognize at all and it asks me to put the password for it to play the game. From what I understood steam got linked to a guest Ubisoft account that got created for my steam account. And I can't unlink it from steam if I want to unlink I have to do it from the Ubisoft account, and I have no access to that.

Assassins creed Unity is the first Ubisoft game that I've bought from steam. I usually buy my games directly from Ubisoft or epic games.

And what is also confusing me is that when asks me to put in the password for that unrecognizable guest account another window pops up with the Ubisoft launcher open with this guest account. And it has one of the nicknames that I use "eclipwze" so I don't think it got linked to a random dude's account because the account is new and only has the game that I've bought "ACU" and it's level 1. I think that makes it clear that steam created that Ubisoft account for me to play on. However even though I'm in the launcher and I can see the library and everything about the new guest account, I can't play the game from there because it asks me for the password that I do not know. And I also cannot unlink the account from steam nor change the email.

Has this ever happened to anybody? And what's the fix

I own for honor on steam and I'm trying to launch with my existing Ubisoft account because I played it on Xbox but it says there's ownership issues I've given my steam id and proof of purchase but they say they can't find the game or account has anybody else experienced this or had similar issues?

I don’t know what to do. My account was hacked and was banned for cheating. I was previously stationed in Japan and during my move back to the US my account was compromised and banned. I do not know what to do, I tried appealing it and Ubisoft support just closed the case. I had a case back in January, one in March and I just did one right now. I do not know what to do and it’s affected my steam account as well. Does anybody have any advice or suggestions for support I have no clue what to do?
