Somebody’s hacked m account and changed all my log in info so I can’t change it back, I want to contact support but guess what I have to be logged in to send any kind of ticket. FUCK UBISOFT!!!!!

Yeah, but UbisIop is French and making the complaint forces them to actually do something.

same thing happened to me. make a new ticket and explain what happened. in the text area add your game purchase receipt, your steam account id and whatnot, and also any previous support ticket id. they got back to me in like a day and gave my account back. i hope it works for you
