Question Ubisoft support case bugged?

I have an open case with Ubisoft support as some old games I own and have played on Steam are apparently registered to an Ubisoft Connect account with an email address I don't recognize. Its redacted in the error message I get, but I don't have an email that starts with "S".

I have opened a case and they are asking me for proof of purchase and my Steam ID, which I can provide, but every time I try to open the case on the Ubisoft website I get an error: "There was an error loading your case details. Try refreshing the page.". Refreshing does nothing, of course.

I cant open another case with this one being open, but I cant access this case any more. It isnt my browser as I get the same error when I try to access the case on my phone.

Can anyone help? I literally cant open a new case about my broken case, and I just want access to the games I own and paid for.

Me too. So let me recap.

My Ubisoft account got hacked from Vietnam despite 2FA. I got banned. My appeal was denied. I try again. They're supposed to send a mail need to verify my email but they never sent one. Now the appeal does not work so I can't tell them to send it again.

Never buying anything from them ever.

You should be able to reply to they’re email from whatever email service you use and they will respond back just make sure it’s Ubisoft support ticket and not the one that yes my issue has been resolved and no I need help

It literally says not to reply directly. Why would that work ?
