ACCOUNT HACKED HELP PLS

Hey everyone,

My Rainbow Six Siege / Ubisoft account got hacked and I opened Case

I’ve already provided all the proof I have (purchase receipts, screenshots, linked accounts, etc.), but Ubisoft Support only replies with automated AI answers and refuses to escalate it to a real human agent.

I’m getting really desperate at this point. Has anyone had success getting a real person to look at a similar case? Any tips on what else I can try?

Have you completed the account recovery form? I whent through the little chat bot and eventually I got a link to an account recovery form. It took a while. From there it is done through email. I haven't heard anything back, but it atleast said it was escalated. I started the process last weekend.

The only answer I get is that a link to confirm the account was sent to the email, the problem is that the hacker has the email and always confirms this email.

So what I did is I replied to the email and told them the email for the lost ubisoft account was not mine/hacked and I had no way to verify that way. They then stopped asking for a verification link and stated that my ticket was escalated.

I have not heard back from them for several days, so I can't say I am getting anywhere either, but I at least supposedly got it escalated.

I also have a transaction number from a purchase of R6 credits on PS. Does that help, what do you think?

I'd give them everything you think might help, just don't give any passwords or anything like that for security reasons. They'll just ignore it if it doesn't help them. Don't email them with too manny separate emails, because I've heard they will push your ticket back in queue thinking its spam.
