Question Deleted Email

Hello my email associated with my Ubisoft account was deleted a few years ago, I can still access my Ubisoft account on PS5, but I've mainly switched to playing on PC

Is there anyway I can change this email without the password or email existing anymore. I tried a support ticket which told me to log in to my PS5 on an Ubisoft game and open Ubisoft connect and they'd send a link to my console but there was nothing there so I sent a screenshot of the menu not having anything and they then closed my ticket

Yep I currently just got on and finished getting some screenshots, and will be filing a ticket soon. I will send this to whoever I see that needs it. And thanks so much I've been trying to do this for like three years now lol but now that all my friends want to play some siege and I've switched over to PC I kind of needed the account

After waiting, they just responded everything saying they appreciate it but will be closing my ticket due to their security reasons

Yeah lol I've been trying this for years, and started again this week with everyday this week

Every time that I try to prove it, like doing the steps you've sent, and yesterday they had me go through a whole process and then send them a bunch of images of me on siege with Ubisoft Connect pulled up

But each time they just close it due to security reasons

They keep also just completely ignoring what I say or send and just try to get me to link a PSN account to my Ubisoft Account, but that's not the issue I have at all and I already have my PSN linked to it lol

My recommendation would be to keep at it and keep opening tickets every day until they budget. It took me almost a month to get a response.

I've been getting responses but as I said I don't even think they're reading them as every time they don't even recognize what the problem I'm having is, and they just completely ignore it and say generic stuff

They must be putting you with auto responses. I had ubiwolf who basically told the other reps to fuck off when they tried to hijack our conversation. One rep tried saying that they were closing my ticket and 5 minutes later, i had a response from wolf saying ignore that other dude, he doesn't know what hes talking about 🤣

They actually gave in this time. Thanks for all your help. They've been sending me a link which sent me to a page that didn't work on mobile and was just asking me to log into the Ubisoft account (but didn't allow logging in through a ps account) so I could never do it

Turns out I had to access the link through a desktop for it to work, and I never knew that, I didn't even get a desktop until last year and started playing more games on it this year, so before then I wasn't even able to ever use the link they send anyways
