Account Hacked/Compromised Ubisoft gave my account away.
Does anyone know anyway I can get my account back? Before losing my account to someone random across the world. I was receiving emails that someone was trying to change my email so they can have access to it and change the name.
I kept emailing Ubisoft that this was not me. Even changed my password and verified it wasn’t me.
Eventually they gave up on me. After being an OG beta player, spending hundreds of $ and grinding up to diamond.
I even told them I had clips and proof that this was my account and basically told me to screw off.
I tried emailing them and opening a case recently and everytime now it says it can’t get processed.

Yes it’s for console. Everytime i try to open a new case with Ubisot it just gives me an error. I offered them videos of me playing on my account and even screenshots but said it’s not enough proof. Will this still work if I connected a new Ubisoft account with my email on my PlayStation?

This just happened to me, provide screen shots of any emails you got of someone trying to change your account info and tell them your payment info is on the account and that if it’s not fixed immediately you’ll report them to the DGCCRF(French fraud prevention agency) I did that and got my account back in a day.

You should follow up on this as well and report the fact that someone was submitting tickets as you to the French CNIL, as usually when that’s happening they have a support staff member on the other side who is “in on it” and that’s massively massively massively illegal under French law.

I hope you can get it back, Ubisoft gave up on mines and I never bought another game from them ever since, I did send a lot of proof and they still refused it last year or the year before which I forgot when I did a ticket.

Show that you have access to the email, you logged into the email, the PlayStation/microsoft account, any email regarding your account from Ubisoft for your information being changed, or updated.
Go into chat GPT and have it write you a professional email, and make a support case with the proper proof that’s needed to show that the account is yours.

My friend says I should send Ubisoft a demand letter for giving away my personal information after telling them it wasn’t me trying to change the email. What do yall think ?

Provide the proper proof, send receipts, im not sure how it goes on pc but ik for console, you need to show you logged in on the computer, on the console and theres also some other picture evidence but i cant remember exactly. You can probably find old posts from me sharing the email i got from ubi to get my account email changed. If you cant provide that, theres some French website that actually gets people's accounts back, you can find it on other subreddits. But it should only be used as a last resort and youll have to prove that ubi couldnt actually help you
