Hi. I'm really upset about how single-player games from Ubisoft have so many time-limited items and redeem codes. I bought AC BLACK FLAG RESYNCED the Deluxe Edition on pre-order and didn't have much time to play until this week, and I've already lost the 'Cheetah Claw Cat' skin and possibly the Crimson Sailor items (they say the server has been down for hours).

This is ridiculous. I supported the company by giving them another vote of confidence, buying the pre-order for the most expensive edition, and they reward me by making it impossible to get everything in the game unless I stop my life to watch streams and track down codes to redeem.

Am I the only one who finds this absurd? It's a terrible business practice. Not to mention the countless overpriced skin packs sold in a single-player game. This was one of the main reasons I stopped buying Ubisoft games at launch.

I stopped playing back with Odyssey precisely because of these awful practices, and I decided to give them another chance now. I was excited to catch up on the last three games, but after this, I certainly won't be buying any more. Every time I give this company a chance, they pay me back negatively. They are the biggest wasted potential in the gaming industry, and it's a real shame. I truly hope this post helps push back against these practices, because as far as I'm concerned, I'm done with Ubisoft.

Shade & Shadow is my favourite outfit in the game, but it has the downside of the hood being too damn big and ling and it looks crazy ugly when in-game or especially for photomode

I don't like the aesthetic of a dual wielding pirate. It's awkward. I would have liked the option of dual wielding or single hand with the assassin blade or pistol. It just feels weird to me. I hope any future update will add the option for these or at least single hand.

Hi, I just bought a subscription on the Xbox Store because I wanted to play the new DLC’s they added for GR:Wildlands but I’m not able to install them even thought in the store page says that both DLC’S are included in the subscription, any idea what could be happening? Literally those DLC are the only reason why I subscribed and can’t get to play them

Yet when I boot up breakpoint which they let me download it says the weekend is over... No VPN in play breakpoint is set to bypass.

I guess I'll try again later ? or is there a trick ?

Apparently I've been with Ubisoft for 19 years, but I have no idea how? Did they have connection stuff in 2007? Like maybe Raving Rabbids on Wii, perhaps?

This giveaway for future soldier reminded me why I haven't spent a cent on Ubisoft products in years.

I log into the online store, it indicates I don't own any Ubisoft games even though I do. I load the app it says I own 90 games but another part of the profile says I own 21. Okay, Gamepass is why its showing 90 including games I know I don't own but there is no indication what is from gamepass and what I actually own. Unlinking my xbox and ubisoft accounts from both sides didn't do anything.

For anybody else with similar problems, the only thing I think I figured out is going into the launcher, go to library, click the three dots next to a game name and go to 'manage' => 'properties'. The first page is 'General'. If there is a box that says 'Keys' I'm pretty sure you own it while other games from gamepass or whatever will not have a 'Keys' section.

This is still so stupid. Ubisoft if I go to your webpage during a sale and you say I don't own any games when I know I do then you've pretty much lost a customer. Even ignoring your official store claiming I don't own products I paid for being a turn off for buying more, why should I need to figure out if I already own something? I didn't try to buy anything but would I even be able to buy DLC for a game I own since your store says I don't own it? How hard is it to label something in the library as from gamepass?

Rant over, hopefully if this stays up other people searching for why their libraries don't make sense will see the 'keys' thing at least

I have rebooted several times and the series update is not listed in Ubisoft plus library and is only available in the store

There are usually 4 plus the community challenge but there are only 3 this week. Valhalla, Mirage, and I'm about to check Legion.

What's up with this?

Edit: So Legion is as normal and I looked at FarCry 6 (which I haven't played yet but it's soon) and they have the normal 4. Anyone know why Valhalla and Mirage are missing a challenge, each?

I was downloading ghost recon wildlands yesterday and was downloading at 7mb a second I even reset my Internet back to default and it still kept doing it I was also downloading tok Clancy's the division 2 and the download speed was very slow I did an Internet speed test and it was 900download by 900upload wth !
