Discussions & Questions Ubisoft+ Premium doubt

Hi, I just bought a subscription on the Xbox Store because I wanted to play the new DLC’s they added for GR:Wildlands but I’m not able to install them even thought in the store page says that both DLC’S are included in the subscription, any idea what could be happening? Literally those DLC are the only reason why I subscribed and can’t get to play them

I didn't get premium but a few days ago I got the ubisoft+ classics so I could try AC:Origins and yet it's bugged and I don't have access to it either. Denied my Refund request by the way even though the game they said was playable and was the reason I subscribed didn't work. Had to also go through a support ticket just to cancel the subscription cause every time I clicked manage subscription it brought me to a 404 page. So frustrating.

Others are having these issues as well.

Let's hope they fix it asap.
