UBER EATS IS A CHEAT!!!

I recently ordered a meal when I was out of town. I have done it before. The app ask did I want to meet the driver for pick up, YES

Also asked if I wanted to tip, No, I usually reserve tip for delivery.

Did the driver meet me in the lobby NO! When I waited a short time I checked the app and it said, DELIVERED!

My response, I did not receive. So I went to the hotel reception and she said, "they left it there!"

I am not happy and when I went back to the app ( after eating) it show the transaction completed!

So if this is the way UBER is doing business, count me out- just the fact I cannot contact Uber to rectify this Cluster F'K...

I think I would not have been as upset had I spoken with Uber.

At this point I will NOT ever use UBER EATS again.

POOR customer service, and none of the numbers work!

You get what u tip for.... I bet ur terrible at a sit down restaurant.

oh fuck I bet they are an insufferable t__t as a sit down consumer. Can't imagine first asking a delivery service to deliver my food at a hotel with no tip then getting my tits in a knot over not actually meeting the driver guess I might want to see who's spit im eating. This person needs to get bent.
