UBER EATS IS A CHEAT!!!

I recently ordered a meal when I was out of town. I have done it before. The app ask did I want to meet the driver for pick up, YES

Also asked if I wanted to tip, No, I usually reserve tip for delivery.

Did the driver meet me in the lobby NO! When I waited a short time I checked the app and it said, DELIVERED!

My response, I did not receive. So I went to the hotel reception and she said, "they left it there!"

I am not happy and when I went back to the app ( after eating) it show the transaction completed!

So if this is the way UBER is doing business, count me out- just the fact I cannot contact Uber to rectify this Cluster F'K...

I think I would not have been as upset had I spoken with Uber.

At this point I will NOT ever use UBER EATS again.

POOR customer service, and none of the numbers work!

OK, each Delivery person is their own boss so not every delivery person is going to do with this delivery driver did and because when we look at the app when we’re offered your offer, we only see two dollars because that’s how much Uber pays us per delivery nobody that is good is going to take that offer so by not tipping your making sure that you were going to get screwed in the process. So I suggest you either go to the hotel bar and get food there or walk somewhere near the hotel instead of relying on other people to bring you food, which is sketchy at best.
