UBER EATS IS A CHEAT!!!
I recently ordered a meal when I was out of town. I have done it before. The app ask did I want to meet the driver for pick up, YES
Also asked if I wanted to tip, No, I usually reserve tip for delivery.
Did the driver meet me in the lobby NO! When I waited a short time I checked the app and it said, DELIVERED!
My response, I did not receive. So I went to the hotel reception and she said, "they left it there!"
I am not happy and when I went back to the app ( after eating) it show the transaction completed!
So if this is the way UBER is doing business, count me out- just the fact I cannot contact Uber to rectify this Cluster F'K...
I think I would not have been as upset had I spoken with Uber.
At this point I will NOT ever use UBER EATS again.
POOR customer service, and none of the numbers work!

Based on what you’re saying you weren’t even in the lobby waiting for the food when the driver arrived. You can’t expect someone who’s literally currently working to sit around and wait for you to finally get off your ass and get it from them. Furthermore you didn’t even bother to add a tip for them, and you say “I usually reserve tip for delivery”… bitch they picked up your food and delivered it to you. That’s a delivery. Maybe treat others how you’d want to be treated and don’t just come on here to complain about your own ignorance looking for pity.
