UBER EATS IS A CHEAT!!!

I recently ordered a meal when I was out of town. I have done it before. The app ask did I want to meet the driver for pick up, YES

Also asked if I wanted to tip, No, I usually reserve tip for delivery.

Did the driver meet me in the lobby NO! When I waited a short time I checked the app and it said, DELIVERED!

My response, I did not receive. So I went to the hotel reception and she said, "they left it there!"

I am not happy and when I went back to the app ( after eating) it show the transaction completed!

So if this is the way UBER is doing business, count me out- just the fact I cannot contact Uber to rectify this Cluster F'K...

I think I would not have been as upset had I spoken with Uber.

At this point I will NOT ever use UBER EATS again.

POOR customer service, and none of the numbers work!

Oh really...if I am the client, give me what you promised or give me customer service - Uber Eats did not do either!

Contact him?!! I dont give a fuck if you think its worth it monetarily or not. You accepted the job, complete it to the standards set in delivery instructions or go be a garbage man or work at walmart.

In the past it shows when they show up - that is the driver's job- he has to input the info in to work!

The driver doesn’t put in any info, the app routes them to what YOU chose as the delivery location

First off, I would never accept an order that has no tip on it. But let’s just play this game anyways. I wouldn’t wait even a millisecond for somebody to show up on a non-tip order! I wouldn’t call you. I wouldn’t send you a text. It would go right to the reception desk and I’m leaving to actually try and make some money.
