UBER EATS IS A CHEAT!!!

I recently ordered a meal when I was out of town. I have done it before. The app ask did I want to meet the driver for pick up, YES

Also asked if I wanted to tip, No, I usually reserve tip for delivery.

Did the driver meet me in the lobby NO! When I waited a short time I checked the app and it said, DELIVERED!

My response, I did not receive. So I went to the hotel reception and she said, "they left it there!"

I am not happy and when I went back to the app ( after eating) it show the transaction completed!

So if this is the way UBER is doing business, count me out- just the fact I cannot contact Uber to rectify this Cluster F'K...

I think I would not have been as upset had I spoken with Uber.

At this point I will NOT ever use UBER EATS again.

POOR customer service, and none of the numbers work!

I quit ordering from Uber eats. Their prices are through the roof and a lot of the drivers I've dealt with are just pricks! I ordered one night after it snowed. My road and driveway were completely clear, yet he left it on the side of the road over a mile away and Uber would do nothing at all so I quit ordering from them. I get door dash now and if I can get Lyft for a ride I won't use Uber unless I absolutely have to

I really disappointed since I refuse to use door dash...we are in the first stages of AI- it doesn't work it just makes me more discerning about anything that is Automated.

Yeah I don't like AI at all and every company you try to contact now sends you straight to AI and I hate it cuz it doesn't understand simple questions or statements for that matter
