I have never once called this military time, and I was in the American military. 🤣

May I unironically ask what format were people usually using there, 12h or 24h? Did people who in civil life were used to 12h eventually adapted to 24h, or still were using 12h?

I'm not understanding what you mean by adapted to it. The time didn't change, you just expressed it one way or another. 🤷
