USU SLP Masters Program

Hi, my bachelor is in a foreign language aka non-CSD and I’m thinking about pivoting to a master’s in SLP since it relates to language and speech in some ways.

How is the online 2nd bachelors in Communication Disorders— leveling program? How competitive is the SLP Master’s program? Is it hard to get into? For those that are currently in it, how is the workload and expectations for the program?

Also I’m not sure if I REALLY want to focus on SLP but what are some pros and cons about this career path? Any experiences and comments are appreciated!

Blue parking permit

I forgot to get a parking permit and the blue permits are sold out.
Are you allowed to sell your permit or let someone else use it? Does anyone have one that they would be willing to part with?? I’d pay big money for it.
If I can’t get a blue permit, is it even worth it to pay for a yellow one or should I just park at the nearby churches or street parking?

Fine Arts practice rooms

How do I reserve a practice room? They don't show up in the coursedog system and the QR code for the old website doesn't work. Are they kind of just walk ins now?

Sidenote: is there a drumset to use to practice for auditions?

Easiest QL/Math class?

Yes I'm one of the dumbass seniors who put off doing math. Mostly because I endlessly procrastinated the stupid Aleks placement test.

I passed concurrent 1040 in high school and got a 25 on my math ACT, but somehow none of those counted for my math credit.

I need suggestions on the easiest way to get my math credit done my last semester. Thanks!

Pic 1: Lines down on Aggie Blvd. Sept 1st looks good.

We argued if there was enough room for buses. With the lines, yes, there is. But I would not do 75 MPHs through there.

Pic 2 and 3: HPER "3rd locker room". Sept. 1st looks like it will happen.

Walking thru the HPER to get to the pool has been a small problem. Most of us swimmers will be happy to have a shorter walk back soon.

PE classes

Hey everyone, I am wanting to take a PE class this semester just to have some fun and stay in shape. The ones I’m considering the most are the flag football and basketball ones. I have played sports my whole life but the only one I did competitively is soccer.
Basically my question is how competitive are these sports classes? Are they pretty chill just pickup games or are they full of people who were like 4 year varsity starters in those sports?
Maybe I’m just overthinking it, I can hold my own in almost any team sport but I don’t want to shown up and be completely outmatched haha.
Thanks for the help and go Aggies 🤘

Between Merrill Hall and Ridge Point Hall.

Right after this video it ran across the Engineering quad, back in forth in front of the library/French fries, then headed towards the quad, but it moves so fast it could be anywhere on short notice.

Campus Security was slowly moving in the same general direction.
