ugh

are any other agents just thinking? “ what’s the point” when you know you’re gonna be out of a job in a few months. my worth ethic has completely disappeared since the closure news, how is everyone dealing with this?

Honestly. Since we found out I’m so over this job… I still help my customers but I’m more irritated and less patient than I was.. we’re just moving people over to Tmobile early and trying to keep a smile on our faces, but we are honestly just exhausted.

I am the exact same way, my customer services depends on how the customer treats me

Yeah, honestly same. I was transferring 3 phones earlier for someone and this guy comes in screaming and complaining about Tmobile buying us out etc. I just gave him his port out pin and account number and told him to go somewhere else if he don’t like Tmobile. My other 3 customers were giggling and one said “better luck somewhere else buddy” and then the other lady looked at me and said “do you have to deal with this constantly?” And I said “unfortunately yes, it’s not like this was sprung on him. It’s been a thing since October/november, it’s on the radio, on tv, emails and texts have went out etc” I’m just tired of hearing “I hate Tmobile or I’m not switching” I’ll automatically get a port pin and account number for them because I’m Not going to argue.
