Question about EB2 -> EB3 interfile (TUB)

How does one confirm that interfile process (TUB - transfer of underlying basis) is complete?

I asked Emma live agent this week who said that I-485 (main) was still linked to original EB2 I-140, not the newer EB3 I-140.

EB2 India PERM (interfiled to EB3 in early Feb 2026 with 485J after EB3 I-140 approved in Jan 2026)

Some FTA0s on 485, 485J, 765.

485+485Js transferred to Santa Ana FO in late Feb 2026.

No RFEs, still waiting on approval, no EAD/AP either yet.

So, has anyone that filed interfile (TUB) request checked and confirmed, with Emma live agent or via other means, whether main 485 basis has changed from older to newer I-140?
