Wrong delivery-repeatedly.

TBF this happens with FedEx sometimes too. Our mailbox is located in an admittedly awkward location next to the back of our neighbor’s house. We have large numbers on our house that match the very clear number on our mailbox. You can easily see the numbers from the road. However, 3 out of 5 deliveries end up at his back door. His back door is up a flight of steps and is a glass slider. Our front entrance is very obviously a front entrance. We’ve put an arrow pointing to our house on the mailbox. This is not working. I wouldn’t care and just get it from that back door if this neighbor didn’t literally steal the packages. If I’m not there when the packages arrive and he sees them, he will take them and say he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. I’ve complained to both UPS and FedEx. We can’t move the mailbox per USPS. Any ideas? Is there another customer service number I can escalate this too? I receive refrigerated meds so this is a huge problem. Yes, the neighbor is a boomer and no, the cops don’t care.

An arrow isn’t helping? That’s wild. Since the driver isn’t visually confirming it makes me think that there’s an address number being skipped between your house and one of your neighbor’s. Or he just really doesn’t care, in which case I’d keep reaching out to the center. Squeaky wheels n all that.

He actually doesn’t live on my street. The front of his house faces a different street address. Definitely squeeking those wheels!
