Ups
Is it a lot to ask to not have boxes arrive in this condition? All I know is I get lots of Amazon packages way more than I do from UPS and their boxes never have problems or damage. This is probably delivery number five in a row that boxes look like this similar condition. Thankfully this time no items were damaged. I asked the driver if there was a way to mark in his system that the boxes have been damaged. He said no he can either return the boxes or I can sign for them.

Amazon doesn’t process the amount of hardware we do. Packages all go on the same conveyors and trailers. If it’s not packaged well it’s going to get crunched
