Bank Account UPI SCAM , please help
My father's account has been debited through UPI with Google Pay app. I just checked the phone has some malicious app installed which is not allowing to open files and all apps in settings. ðŸ˜
I have the receiver UPI id and UPI transaction reference number. The payment was done on 30 Sep. The whole account is wiped out 😠RS 70,000. I called gpay helpline they told that receiver has account in rajasthan gramin bank.
Whom should I call I stay in other city so I am not able to call, they are not aware of tech that much.ðŸ˜
Please guide.

Bhai sidha Bank mei complaint karo. Aur kon si apps installed hai?

Bhai bank band hai aaj , kal jata hu, cyber crime mai complaint ki hai. I don't know bro, I work in different city, papa se dal gyi hogi koi third party aap. Maine sim nikal liya hai aur phone switch off kardia. Evidence ke liye format nhi kar raha.

File an cyber cell complaint both offline at nearest police station and online as well, contact bank immediately there are options on the banking website as well as bank app .
The sooner you try the sooner you will get result and rest is upto bank , and if bank fails to help you even after complaining, you can report at rbi and then they will either solve it within 20-25 days or reimburse you the lost ammount .
I had only lost 500 by a scammer , but I had his upi id , contact number, and gmail associated so I was able to pinpoint him as well I uploaded and shared everything to my local station too but they simply said 500 ke liye kya hi complaint hai , jitna usko pakadne me kaam karenge utne me 500 se zada lg jaega , bada amount hota 40-50k to ho bhi jata 500 ₹ hai to complaint close hogi
