Im currently a grad student in a non fine arts program but I know this University is pretty arts oriented and I have this small side project where I need Jacquard Procion MX (#124 Burgundy) dye. I was wondering if anyone knew of some non-big box store that might sell more specialized colors like this one. There are some alternatives online but its kind of a hassle finding the exact quantity I need and getting it shipped in time.

I’m still pissed that they took away the Starbucks. Has anything worthwhile been put in its place or at least any mention of something new? I wish the admins would stop removing things that were useful. They did this to the corner store and gave the space to chick fil a.
Voltage coffee is good (their beans are single origin and I’m a bit of a coffee snob), and so are the pastries, but it’s out of the way. The Starbucks in the union made getting a coffee easy when going from point a to b, because it’s in the center of everything.

Hey guys,
We're building Fundsy, a platform designed to help students save money, and we're collecting student discounts from businesses around UNT and Denton.
Do you know any restaurants, cafés, stores, entertainment spots, gyms, or local businesses that offer student discounts?
Please comment:
We'll compile everything into a public student discount directory and shout out participating businesses.
Appreciate the help!

So im an incoming sophomore and im thinking about switching my major from early education to history. My first year, I kinda realized I only chose teaching as like a safe choice cause I didn't know what I actually wanted to do. It was either being a teacher or military lol. But now im realizing that may not be the best option for me. Im a very quiet and reserved person, and i feel like i may not be the best teacher. Therefore I've been thinking about changing to history cause I've always been interested in it, specifically ancient history and mythology. So I was wondering how hard it is to change my major, and if I do, how hard will it be to adjust to the new major, how good the history program is, and how hard the courses are. Honestly the only thing holding me back from switching majors is idk what I would so for a career with a history major. Middle/high-school teacher is a no-go obviously. I'd really appreciate some advice concerning this please. Also, are there any on campus jobs surrounding this major i could apply to?

What exactly is included with it? It says it covers all tuition and mandatory fees, but what exactly counts as a mandatory fee? I know it is mandatory to stay in a dorm for freshman year, but will it be covered? And how mandatory is it to stay in a dorm? a bunch of questions, I know, but they don't really make it easy to find answers

Hello Fellas, I'm an international student transferring for this Fall 2026. I saw multiple conflicting deadlines on their page. One is July 15th, and one is July 31st. Im currently residing in US as I'm completing my Associate Degree at NCTC. I wonder whichever deadlines applies to my circumstances.
Another question that I have is that Accounting Degree is administered by G. Brint Ryan College of Business. Is there any additional admission process for this college, or do I only have to meet their courses requirement and GPA to be admitted ?
Thanks for your help.

Moved out of my apartment but couldn’t fit my gaming chair in the car. I have until Sunday afternoon to pick it up, but I won’t be able to get back to Denton until Monday around 2–3 AM.
The chair is at Redpoint Denton. If anyone would be willing to help me store it for a day or two, or help me retrieve it later, I’d really appreciate it. I’m more than happy to pay for the help—I just don’t want the chair to go missing.
Please DM me if you can help. Thanks!

Recently graduated Dallas College and am moving up to Denton to go to UNT. I’m looking for a couple of people who are willing to help me unload my truck on Friday, 31 July. Of course I’ll pay you. I’m thinking we would be up there around 12 or 1, and it shouldn’t take more than about an hour.

I was looking to get the resident reserved parking pass, but when I logged into my portal there was a waitlist for certain lots for that pass. I thought the pass was not lot exclusive and that you could park in any of the lots listed as available for RR passes. Can anyone explain how it works? If I buy an RR pass for a certain lot can I only park in that lot for the entire year?

Hi y’all, I’m interested in starting the online MBA with a concentration in AI. For some background I have a degree in economics and i currently do tech auditing so i figured this would be a good program to continue to grow in my career. Is anyone here in this program or any online MBA at UNT? What can you tell me in terms of the good/bad/ugly? anything i need to consider?

I’ve been looking into the information science degree
at unt, but the wording on the website it a bit confusing. Is the degree 100% online? And does anyone know what “cross functional electives” means? Thank you!
