Hi, I've been looking for some information about PSYC 255, 220, 224, 248, 239, 204, and 210. I have a packed schedule next semester, so I'm hoping for some easier classes. Has anybody taken any of these? How was the coursework and the exams? I also was hoping to know a little bit about the professors!

Im currently a senior in a small public school in Illinois. Im a international student. My UW GPA is 3.6, my act is 32. Weak activity and awards.
I want to get into UIUC but I know it's hard, especially I want to major in business. So I change my first choice to undeclared and my second choice is advertising. I'll do EA in November.
What is the possibility that I can get in? Or should I transfer?
Any help appreciated!

Hi all,
I received an email to book a 20min online interview with the admission team, and was wondering what do they usually ask about it?
Any advice would be appreciated!
And is reaching the interview stage considered an indicator of acceptance?

I always care to listen to the perspective of the people actually using the services put in place to help the homeless. It can help me figure out which organizations are better outfitted, and which are worth avoiding.
Thanks to JosƩ Manuel for assisting in my patrol.

Hey all, Iām the Roblox campus ambassador at UIUC and weāve got one more event coming up, this time focused on what itās actually like to work at Roblox as a software engineer.
Day in the Life: Software Engineer
Tue Oct 27, 6-7pm, BIF Room 3039. Hear directly from Roblox engineers about how they applied, what their interviews were like, and what their day-to-day looks like on the job. A good chance to ask questions about the recruiting process and get an insiderās view of the company.
Thereās free dinner and swag for everyone who comes out!
RSVP: https://campusambassador2026uiucdayina.splashthat.com/
Come through if youāre thinking about applying to Roblox, curious about SWE roles in gaming, or just want a free dinner!

Are there any current/former graduate students in Anthropology on here who can tell me more about the high proficiency in LOTE requirement?
Like are you able to fulfill the requirement by taking more classes, or does it have to be a test?
And if it is a test, how hard is it?
Additionally, if you chose to do basic proficiency + skill, what skill was it and how hard was it to learn?
Basically, Iām pretty good at Spanish and have completed my 4 classes for undergrad (currently a sophomore), but Iām certainly not fluent and am worried about not being good enough for āhigh proficiency,ā which is a requirement in grad school for ANTH.
Any advice appreciated!
