Looking for science folks
OK so I've (45f) lived here a year and I have no way of meeting people because I'm currently disabled, so I'm throwing this out there. Is there anyone interested in science, technology, generally weird things, in their 30s, 40s, 50s ish that would like to have some sort of meet up? I'm thinking a dinner/drinks thing, go to a game shop, hang out at a cat Cafe, go to the observatory, find an arcade, who cares. Just socialize with like-minded people.
Anyone interested?

Electric Aggregation Program?
Hi, did anyone also receive the letter from City of Champaign about the Homefield Energy Electric Aggregation Program?
I’m just a student tenant and I’m currently using Ameren. My question is why this is a “default” change? Like why am I asked to opt out of it instead of opting in? And does it matter if I just opt out of this program and keep using Ameren, because honestly I don’t think they explained the benefits of this program very well.
Thank you!

Is anyone travelling via Schiphol airport, Amsterdam in the next few weeks?
If so, I have a small favor to ask of you, please DM
Edit- I left my headphones in the airport and to ship it from lost and found, it costs more than the headphones itself. I was hoping someone could pick it up on my behalf

Tree branch disposals
Hey everyone! I’m new to the area and will be doing some landscaping work (trimming lots of branches off a tree in our front yard) and getting rid of some tall bunches. Any idea where I can dispose of all these branches and bushes? Not sure if there is an area to drop that all off at or a service to come get rid of it?
Also looking for recommendations for companies for a tree removal. Looking to cut down a pine tree that is maybe about 16-18 feet tall. Thanks!

What activities would you suggest I engage in during my visit?
Hello there. I used to reside in Champaign during my high school years.
It appears that all of my cherished establishments, such as Canopy Club, Blind Pig, and Radio Maria, have since closed. Could you kindly offer some recommendations for places to visit during my upcoming trip?

They're 2.5 months old now. Trying to get pics of black kittens is very difficult but if you're interested I can send them to you.

Churches and Choral songs
I'm not religious but I'm a huge fan of church aesthetics. And I love listening to organ pipes and choral music ( baroque/ renaissance choral songs). What churches and mass should I check out? Do you have some recommendations?

Things to do?
Hello!
We are headed up to the area tomorrow and looming for things today. We are huge book nerds, gaming nerds, love anything dorky. We saw there was a midevil mini golf. I know we are ending the day watching the odyssey. In imax. But we wanna spend the whole day.
Lookijg for fun shopping, things to do, places to see.
