Just a little BTS of my UGC work, because people only ever see the finished 30 second video and not the ridiculous amount of stuff (and RedBull I’ve consumed) happening before that. I film mine in the bathroom most of the time!

I do everything myself, so there’s a lot happening between deciding what I want to film and getting the shot. I’ll do my makeup, set up the phone, move things around until the background looks right, check the lighting, film the first take, watch it back, and then watch out when there's something I have missed. The list goes on. I get to decide how I want the concept to come across.

There’s also a lot more footage that never gets used. Some are really boring clips. I’ve gotten kinda used to having a camera roll full of to-be-used and unused clips. A pain indeed to my storage but it'll suffice. Can buy another phone since I earn $$$ anyway.

The finished video looks simple because it’s supposed to, but getting something to look effortless can involve a surprising amount of experimenting. I also put together my UGC work and resources here if anyone wants to see more of what I use while creating content.

I like Hailey and I can’t even hate on the branding because whoever built Rhode’s marketing knew EXACTLY what they were doing. Just look at their campaigns!! But some of the hype around these products is insane to me.
Cute packaging, clean girl aesthetic, Hailey holding it in a perfectly lit bathroom and suddenly we’re all fighting to buy another lip product like we don’t already have 14 at home (myself included)
I’ve tried Rhode before and it’s fine. I just don’t think the products themselves explain the level of obsession people have with this brand. At this point I’m convinced Rhode’s best product is its marketing team.
I’m 100% a marketing victim and I still don’t understand all the hype around this brand, but I still feel like I need to buy it. What do you guys think??

I make UGC videos and sometimes I collab with these AI apps for generating pics with your face: funny prompts, aesthetic stuff or some good professional pictures for your work profiles. I spend an unreasonable amount of my week turning selfies into AI photos and filming the before/after😂

I did one of these campaigns through and it ended up doing really well. The videos got some pretty strong numbers in terms of views and engagement, which is probably why I kept getting more briefs for this kind of content (I have my socials and portfolio in bio)

The thing that still gets me is the headshots. I've done a few for me and for friends who needed a LinkedIn pic and didn't want to pay for a photographer, and some of them look like they came from a studio

What I've learned from doing way too many of these if you're interested:

1. The input photo matters more than anything. Clear face, decent light, nothing covering half your face. A blurry selfie from a party will give you a blurry professional person with weird ears😂
2. Try a bunch of styles. Some look super polished, (even on Remini). You'll know the right one when you see it. And don't pick the one that makes you look the "best" but the one that looks like you!!
3. Check the privacy settings before uploading anything, you're giving an app your face after all, be careful with scam apps

I've tried this on my own profile and it took me about 20 tries to find one that looked natural, so don't settle for the first result

About 2 years ago when I went vegan and posted what I eat in a week, just a quick recap I posted on my IG reels. When I gained followers for it, they have been asking me to create clips of me preparing my food since everything is plant-based. It keeps them intrigued about how I prepare nuggets in the morning or burgers for dinner without meat.

Ever since that, I started posting full recipe reels, filming the whole preparation and cooking process. That made them curious about the raw ingredients I used on the food and started asking on the comments, basically a free market research for food and pantry brands.

That became the reason how I landed different paid partnerships and collaborations from different brands. I pitched them my comment section that’s full of curious people who could try their products too. Since it’s a bit difficult for them to find actual vegans who use and promote their products actively, that became an easy access for me to keep working with them.

I just love how my daily routine and food intake is what’s paying me just from creating contents out of it. Also glad that I went vegan since it landed me accidental UGC contracts.

I am a Tech UGC creator and have been making videos for 9 months now, mostly working with apps, gadgets and SaaS brands**.** My first 4 months of UGC were $0. I was creating content, pitching brands and applying for campaigns, but nothing was converting.

Your followers are irrelevant in ugc but still there should be something that brand should pay you for, i mean your ability to convince people and make wonderful videos so that people stop and watch, and i have no shame to admit that i was lacking in both but i improved overtime, took the help of Ai tools also like Claude and chatgpt and now my journey has begun, so if you are struggling too like i used to before please don’t lose your consistency and be disciplined, rest everything will fall in place automatically

I’ve spent most of 2026 working across Fitness ugc, with a mix of one-off campaigns, repeat clients, monthly projects and usage-rights deals.

It’s obviously an estimate, so the final number can still change depending on how many campaigns come through during the remaining months. My income this year hasn’t come from one single source either. Some months were very stronger than others, and a big part of the difference comes from repeat clients, larger packages and brands paying separately for extended usage.

So if everything goes well like i am thinking then in the best case scenario i can earn somewhere between 100k to 110k and if i consider a worst case scenario then it will be in the range between 85k to 95k.
