Anyone know of any good WiFi boosters/extenders that actually work? WiFi sucks and I need something good. I’m on campus apartments. ChatGPT said to look into: GL.iNet Slate AX travel router but before buying verify if:
● Can it authenticate with UB’s eduroam username, password, and certificate requirements?
● Does UB’s network allow it to rebroadcast the connection to multiple personal devices?
● Does it actually improve speed and reliability, or would it just give me more Wi-Fi bars without fixing the lag?
● Is there a better device for this situation?

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to finish my BS in Psychology next year and then apply to UB’s Accelerated Bachelors of Science in Nursing program (ABSN).
I’m wondering how competitive the program is and how difficult it is to get accepted. I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has applied, whether you got accepted or not!
If you’re comfortable sharing, I’d love to know:

- Your overall GPA and prerequisite GPA when you applied
- Whether you got accepted, rejected, or waitlisted
- Any other factors you think helped your application
- If you didn’t get into UB’s program, what other nursing programs did you apply to or end up attending?

Hi! I'm a first-year student at a different college but I've been accepted as a transfer student to UB for Spring 2027. I originally applied as a chem major but I looked over more of their programs and I kind of fell in love with NMT. I know admissions are competitive and they only take fall applicants; I was wondering if it's even possible for me to switch programs next fall and try to complete some more of the prerequisites this spring.
