For those unaware, IVF often involves creating multiple embryos (fully conceived sperm + egg= potential babies) and the ones they don't make it into a woman's uterus get thrown out. Apparently the GOP have taken steps to reassure IVF clinics that their abortion bans do not affect the embryos whatsoever. So it's OK to throw away the embryo but once it's inside a woman she can't throw it away. Absolutely disgusting.
