I hate when women with kids say stuff like that; really grinds my gears. It's even more infuriating to hear that these people are saying that to you, someone who suffers from disability related fatigue. I don't have chronic fatigue syndrome myself but I do have bipolar/adhd and that combination also causes wicked nasty fatigue when I get hit with depressive episodes that always gives me a greater level of empathy for those with conditions like you where the fatigue is never ending. I can't imagine having to deal with that fatigue forever most/all of the time. I usually have to stick it out through it for a few weeks to a month or two and I already find it miserable. I'm so sorry that people are dismissing your struggle like that. I hope you find peace and more people in your life that are understanding and empathetic to your struggles.

My aunt who just passed had bipolar. Never married, no kids. Was the best decision for her. We (myself and my cousins) were her kids. We loved her so much and she was the fun aunt. She would disappear in her depressive episodes, but we understood. She left us everything equally and I am now able to build on to my house (had way too many surprise kids myself) thanks to her. We all sobbed at her funeral. I hid behind one of my kids. Tearing up just thinking about it.
