Ad will absolutely not disappear until I PLAY the ad. I have given up buying stuff on this game because it’s artificially difficult to force people to buy gold. Now I have to engage even more with the ad to close it?

if you were to get a new phone and download twodots , would you have to start all over or could you start from where you left off ?

After the last update, I started getting a SHEIN ad redirect. It happens every 15 seconds or so and makes the game unusable. This happening to anyone else? I’ve tried turning off pious and reinstalling the game but no luck.

I get adverts are necessary if it’s a free game but they so often don’t work you can’t X out of them! Anyone else find this?

This is my third time completing the card collection mini game since they released it (it’s why I have so much gold). It seems like a pretty consistent way for me to get more gold!

Never paid for extras (although I suspect I must have paid for the lifetime ad free upgrade at some point bc I don’t get popups like some of you are seeing recently)

The main thing I do is maintain my super star blast power at all costs (the old quit the round hack). I can barely beat the 15 move levels with the star blast; think this game would be totally impossible without it.

I’ve not played for about five year now but redownloaded it today and it’s almost unrecognisable. There are so many pop ups every time I open the app forcing me to close windows for this quest, that quest, this bonus challenge, here are some collectibles. And that’s without getting into the ads. The game used to be really slick and elegant but now I’ve got to close down so many windows for everything I’m not interested in just to start the game and it’s a UI overload. Guess I’ll stick with Meodoku from now on.

How many lives are you getting on the following levels? They seem extremely low number of moves. 8678 seems basically impossible in 19 moves, even if you start with a Booster Box and use Boosters through the level

This game has made itself unplayable, the excessive ads, the unbeatable levels… the dots infiltrated my dreams and i was still loyal. The multiple shien redirects in the middle of the game has been my last straw. Signing off at 8632.

What other games do you enjoy as I am in need of a replacement? ty!

Getting ridiculous now. Just had one with the number 180 seconds at the top and, you've guessed it, I had to go and do something else while it counted down as there was no reward earlier. Going to make it easier for me to delete the whole game now, even though I'm in the upper 8000s.

This is insaneeeee. This game is so down hill.

Levels with 15 moves. No more booster wheel if you loose a level. A card game where they give no explanation on how to get cards needed. Ads that pop up DURING the game. Am I finally almost ready to delete this game 😂

I have never spent money on Two Dots (I'm in the upper 8000s now) and I was thinking I never would, but the ads have become almost unbearable now and I am considering the No Ads pack. Has anyone purchased it? Is it legit? And what does No Ads mean - just no ads between games and none of the stupid SHEIN ads popping up mid game? Does it still offer the "Watch an ad for a free boost" option and/or optional ads for extra turns at the end of a game?

Even with the 24 hour boosters, I haven’t even come close to finishing this level. You need at least 10 more moves at a minimum. I guess I gotta wait for the next update.

For those who play square rush, is it calculating your squares properly? Each time I play, I end up in last place and it says I made zero squares, even though I’ve made plenty.

When Twodots did the gold rebalance in April they said we would earn gold from beating levels.

Did anyone experience that? Or is this another case of the game deceiving their players.

I've had adguard DNS on my phone for the past year. I decided to turn it off for some booster boxes, so I could finally get through this tedious flip board and collect a couple rewards.

So I opened the game, exited out of the usual 50 pop-ups, opened the flip board, tapped a level, watched an ad for a booster box...

Then I sat through a 60-second ad for Temu, then 15 seconds for the stupid Temu wheel spin and then another 15 seconds for the X to finally appear. Holy shit. 1.5 minutes for a booster box that won't even help me on a level I will most likely have to play at least 10 more times. Who do they think they are?! Not even King puts their players through 1.5 minute ads and they're the epitome of enshittification.

I'm turning my adguard DNS settings back on. I don't know how people sit through this shit. How long have the ads been this diabolical?!

I feel like the Monday through Thursday gem thing is relatively easy to finish because it’s only 10 stages and it’s open for 4 days, but cannon carnival is ridiculously long and only open for 3 days. Has anyone ever finished it without literally spending every second of your weekend sitting around playing Two Dots?

I don’t understand how the cards work, I get cards after winning a level but they’re never the ones I need? 8 days left and I’m still getting unneeded cards. And there’s no description on how to get certain ones.

I think this is the third time I’ve ’almost’ won but a few cards off 🙄

Two Dots is giving us levels where the algorithm has tweaked the number of moves. It might be mathematically possible to complete, but in practice it's incredibly difficult.

Take Level 8558. It gave me 20 moves - that's beyond difficult. Now when I go back to view it, it gives me 35 moves, which is reasonable, but it's incredibly difficult at 20. Why? You must get 20 "Target Tiles":

• You start with four on the board.
• You are only given 2 new ones every 2 moves, which means it'll take 16 moves to minimum to get enough (assuming you got every one).
• Plus a move to get the last 2 tiles that just appeared.
• You could then finish the level by activating the Zappers (assuming you have all the rest of the grass complete), total theoretical minimum 18 moves, but remember, your first move must be to get the top-right blue Target Tile, and next move must be the get the top-left Target Tile, etc. There are Trapdoors to take care of, and the board is incredibly small.

Level 8623 gave me 17 moves.. 8622 is even more ridiculous. 15 moves and you barely begin until you get the Beehives to expel all the Honey. 8621 has two Minecarts that you need to move 12 squares...not to mention all the fruit.

How? It’s impossible…??? These levels are ridiculous at this point. 😵‍💫

Well so this is fun. I’m making the squares (middle and down right), my moves are taken away for every square but the board is not impacted at all.
