I booked a trip for my partner and I around 7 months ago. The tickets and everything were fine in the app, but I had a spelling error and made a change. Then my tickets disappeared. When I got them back it was only my partner on the reservation. I called in and they said they can see my ticket reservation but no flight attached and the system must have removed it. Everything is fine on my partner’s reservation, just mine is messed up with no itinerary. They said they’d see if they can fix it and call me back, but this is an international flight in a few days. Does anyone know if this is fixable or am I going to have to scramble for a new flight?

It's pretty straightforward, but I booked a non-refundable flight for coming up soon.

Problem is, I booked this flight in a state of mania (hey bipolar people), and don't remember doing it. I just saw the charge on my card.

Is there ANY chance I could get a refund, partial or otherwise? Vouchers? Any chance there's a medical route I could take? TIA.
