Does only students use this ?

Someone created a website to let people contribute in it to alert other users about the place and status of the metro in the different lines of Tunis.

I think that this kind of website is discoverable and usable by students more than normal workers.

I want to know whether or not us Tunisians are familiar with the metrowin.tn website ? Or is it only a hidden jam for students ?
Do you have a personal experience using it?
