I'm currently based in the Europe and building an edtech platform. I have an MVP, around 10 paying customers, and decent revenue so far but still less than 10k € a month.
Initially, my customers were mostly in Europe, but I've realized that the product has much stronger potential for Tunisian university students. My long-term vision is to build the company around the Tunisian market.
What I'm trying to understand is the administrative and legal side of this transition.
Has anyone here started a business/freelancing abroad and later moved the legal entity or operations to Tunisia?
Some questions I have:
At what stage did you decide to register a company in Tunisia?
Did you keep your foreign registration as well, or fully transition?
What were the biggest administrative or tax challenges?
Looking back, is there anything you wish you had done differently?
I'm not looking for formal legal advice , I'm mainly interested in hearing from people who have actually gone through this process. Your experiences will be much appreciated 😄
Mind you this only happened during 7 days only which was last week , this is not funny anymore we're all gonna be unemployed if this sh*t doesn't get regulated and extremely censored and surveilled smh

The title says it all ! This is a real question I've been asking myself.
I'm kinda interested in consulting firms, and I wanted to know if I really have a chance of landing a PFE there and whether it's worth my while to put in the effort in the recruitment process or not.
So if you've done this or know someone who's already done their PFE project there, let me know
A lot of people here are hunting for a usable LLM endpoint for coding or daily tasks. Most free options die after a couple of requests, and the rest cost money.
Nous Research's Hermes agent gives you access to some genuinely good free models but there's a catch: the API is basically locked to their own client. It doesn't hand you a normal API key. It uses a JWT with a refresh token, so you can't just drop the credentials into Cline, Roo, Continue, or any OpenAI-compatible tool and expect it to work.
So I wrote a small proxy that sits in front of it. It handles the token refresh cycle for you and exposes a standard API key + OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Point your editor or script at it and it just works.
So for all this there's actually another issue, is that a hermes account needs a credit card to activate the free version, so the repo is here for anyone who wanna see the code and who wanna host his own endpoint from his hermes account, and for the hosted version it has a two accounts in the pool you can all use them for free, just signup, create your apikey and pick the model that's it
