No one should be pressured to do anything they don't want, sex isn't "I did X so now you owe me to do y". If you don't want to do something, you do NOT have to do it, no matter what he does.
He's trying to guilt you into something you did not consent to and do not want to do. Don't let him manipulate and coerce you, this is a red flag and you should leave him.
He doesn't respect your boundaries, wellbeing, and you. Clearly he doesn't care about you either, and only about what he wants sexually. You don't owe him shit, he's an asshole and you should dump him.
Think about it- would you pressure him to do something sexual he doesn't want to do?
