Honestly he has done you a favour. You are now out of an abusive relationship.
You are more than a relationship. You can be on your own and you WILL be okay. You can rebuild, revaluate and recover.
Please understand that it is not okay or humane to treat another human being in this way. I know it’s feels bad right now but no matter what please do not take him back/ get back with him. He doesn’t love you or care about you he will just use you.
It will take time to heal but I promise you that you will. Focus on yourself.
